Breakfast

Sorry for a word heavy post today, but sometimes a girl just has to say what is on her mind! This morning my Daddy woke me up from a great dream and said that it was time for breakfast. He was nice enough to know that he could never understand the sophistication of my palate so he asked what I wanted.

My reply?

Fishsticks

At this point Daddy seemed confused and offered me Peanut Butter toast (A good thing in its own right). I said no and then he offered me cereal. I just could not seem to get him to understand my simple request.

I did finally settle on Cereal and when my sweet Mommy picked me up from school I respectfully gave her my request. When we got home she expertly prepared some delicious fishsticks right away.

Why do we artificially limit the order and time of day for our food? I like Fishsticks, Chicken Nuggets, Cookies, Gummies, and Ice Cream at any time of day but Daddy makes me wait until night time or after my other food for those things. Why does he set such artificial limitations! Not only that but I am actually ENCOURAGED to Broccoli and things like that all the time!

There is a great Frozen Yogurt shop right by our house and we pass it every day, but only go in on some Sundays. WHY! It's GREAT!

For those of you out there that understand, lets all stand up for our right to the good stuff!

Thank you and goodnight. :)

My Performance!

I have been working on my performance for some time now with my Mommy serving as my vocal coach. Today we hit the recording studio to put down a track.

Double click on the title to check it out.

I hope you like it! (And that Daddy can make it work on this blog!)

Yum!

Concert Time!

In an effort to further my appreciation for cultural endeavours such as the preforming arts, my Mommy and Daddy took me to see a concert by some of the all time greats - The Wiggles!

As the lights went down the tension built as we awaited the appearance of the main act. I have heard that some less talented groups use "opening acts" to warm up the crowd. Not the Wiggles! You get 100% of the good stuff!
Partway through the show in an effort to show the diversity of their talents, the Wiggles even brought out a drumline. Daddy enjoyed this part.

Like a true fan, Mommy made sure that I was decked out for the occasion in my favorite Wiggles t-shirt.

Murry (the Red Wiggle) heard that I was in attendance and was so surprised that he wanted to come see for himself, he was nice enough to stop by our seats and say hello.

Murry got so excited to see me there that he ran back to the stage to tell his friend Sam (the Yellow Wiggle). Sam was so excited that he immediately came to see for himself. He was so nice to say hello that I did not tell him that I liked Greg (the old Yellow Wiggle) better.

Mommy helped me to understand the finer points of concert attendance - the Food! We got to have a giant Pretzel, a Brownie, and a great big drink.

I had a great time at the concert! If the Wiggles come to your town and you have the means, I highly recommend attending. I hope you can all come see me soon!
